Exciting news! Resilient Health proudly partnered with Arizona Complete Health to launch Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) services in Tucson in April 2025.
This transformative program was designed to provide long-term stability and support for individuals experiencing serious mental illness and housing instability. The initiative ensures that those in need have a safe, permanent, and affordable place to live, helping reduce homelessness and unnecessary hospitalizations.
With a strong focus on mental health and well-being, PSH services include case management, medication support, life skills training, and community connections to empower individuals toward greater independence. By addressing housing as healthcare, this program helps prevent crisis situations, promotes self-sufficiency, and offers families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are supported.
